Preliminary steps

1. Describe the bug.
2. Find a simple way to reproduce it (test case).
3. Search bugzilla (Gnome example, Mozilla example) for an existing bug.
• May have been fixed already.
• May have a patch attached.
• May have helpful hints, or a partial patch.
• May have comments warning you that it's too hard.
4. Download the latest source.  It might already be fixed!
