City of Sin! Dave hadn't really gotten a good look, and I haven't either in decades, so we decided to spend an afternoon wandering around the Vegas strip, checking out all the new over-the-top casinos.

We spent most of our time on the southern end of the strip, around Bellagio (Dave's favorite) and Paris, and then of course we had to check out the Luxor (my favorite).

Walking on the Strip is an experience. You have to fight your way past the hordes of people hawking discount show tickets, coupon books, sex show ads, and who knows what else. It's like what you read about being in Calcutta, except that they all looked healthy and had the normal number of limbs.
