Edgewood Park (and Arnett Observatory and Gardens)

I see these birds all over the suburbs and parks, and nothing in the bird books looks quite right. I think it's a Pine Siskin, but possibly it's a Townshend's Warbler and they migrate away from here before the males get their summer plumage?
