Replacement
Recommendation:
I move that the APP Board recommend that County Council approve the deaccession of
the broken wind sculpture âSplit Infinityâ by artist Mark White from the Los Alamos
County Public Art Collection, and further recommend accepting âBlooming Lily 3 Mediumâ
as a replacement artwork at no cost to the County.

Possible Deaccession of âAquatic Figuresâ the Painted Mural at the
Aquatic Center
Recommendation:
I move that the APP Board recommend that County Council approve the deaccession of
the âAquatic Figuresâ mural by Richard Lange and authorize the use of Art in Public
Places funds in the amount not-to-exceed $45,000 plus applicable Gross Receipts Tax,
to return the wall to its original condition.
