Discussion and possible action: Discussion, and possible vote, to
recommend that County Council take a formal vote to authorize a resolution
to change the County Charter as it relates to Boards and Commissions, to
extend term limits to two three-year teams, and to abolish the party
requirements for Board and Commission applications.
